I feel like I haven't blogged in forever! So I wanted to do something brief, I've just been getting into so many shenanigans lately it's hard to keep up with it all! I'm starting to work on mesh more, so that means my work here has been suffering, and with mesh comes stress, and with stress comes a destressant or something, which has been hanging around Inka, who will now be writing with us here in the blog! HOORAY for that! I'm actually uber exciter for Inka joining in here and being my blogging partner, and just.. partner in everything, I love that girl's face, and i've also been rp'ing a little.. but.. never the less, I decided to share some more new goodies, some from collab, others are old things, others are just.. I love them and you'll have to deal okay? Good. 

So Lelutka, new hair, and it comes with a hat.. obviously the hat didn't go with the outfit, but I totally loved the hair, it has a very free flowing form, and even though the picture /is/highly/edited/ the hair is for sure worth going over and demo'ing it. I mean.. comes with a hat, come on! Then I totally love this suit from Ison.. it's totally adorable, and just.. so mainly in a feminine manner, I love the draping work and just.. amazing work. Then.. we have fri.day who re released a couple of heels of hers, and I'm just totally in love, I'm loving slink add on shoes now, guys, I thought I wouldn't but.. I have to admit, the look of them is just amazing. So.. that brings us to accessories, LaGyo is one of my favorite places for jewelry, it's eccentric, high fashion, and just me, and it's also affordable, this set, the one with the cuff, actually comes with an HUD that allows you to change the color of the pieces so you can match your cuff to the outfit, or just make a color palette that you enjoy. The tattoo is new, from Tenjin for the Acid Lily event, which basically is all new, and has a new line up, and I'm uber excited. The tattoo is in a mesh sleeve, so you don't have to have it repeat in both arms, I kind of loved that, to be honest, and it also has the tattoo option if you want it repeating. Finally we have accessories by Remarkable Oblivion, whom I love, duh! I believe the headband is free in a group gift, if you join the group, though it might have been taken down.. you'll have to check, but the group is free to join! That's it for today guys! I Cry When Angels Deserve to Die

So.. Cosmetics Fair is upon us.. and normally I'm not.. uberly crazy about cray cray make up. However.. I have to admit, one special person inspired me. +Nuuna+ is one of the many people that are in the mix for the fair this summer, and I mean.. at first.. it looks so weird, just... red stripes, however, sometimes we don't know the powerful statement that a make up piece has, and tis is how this look was born. All I could think of was a crying angel. An image so soft, and so powerful, that well, I had to make it a reality. The shot is really pretty simple, and the styling is kept somewhat simple to keep the focus on the make up instead of the actual outfit, you dont' really want to overpower when wearing strong make up like this because.. you run the risk of going from being soft and elegant, to looking like a clown! NO! Don't do it! So anyways, I really don't have much to say other than I hope you all are excited about cosmetic fairs, and I'll keep adding a couple of favorites from the event as time goes on! But this.. well, it deserved something special in its own in my opnion! Happy Shopping Sl'ers!

God I'm in a Jack White mood, and this song.. so lovely for this look. She does what she pleases, cus she's got freedom in the 21st century! Hopefully you don't cut the balls of the feet and make them walk on salt though!
I'm still exploring with photoshop, and having some fun with it. I'm starting to get the hang of it now! Hooray! So.. I decided to go for a normal, short and sweet LOTD for today. First off, I'm loving the stuff by r3volt. I'm normally very conservative, but with a new character, new tastes, and.. God I love this studed bra! Lace, and studs. How much sexier can you get? I have Jeans  from Mon Tissu, as well as their boots, the cuff by epoque, which I seriously love, specially the cross style pattern on it. And.. I h ad to use these wings for something, they're by Remarkable Oblivion, and I saw them on a close friend, and I just had to have them. Love them! I also thought it was as good of a time as any to start these blogger challenge meme things.. I always mean to do them, but I forget.. so.. here we go! This is why I blog!

Why did you start?

I had a couple people around me blogging, and I was learning photoshop. Thought it was a good way to meet new people, share my design styles, learn how to work photoshop, and.. have fun. 

How many times a week do you post an entry?
I try to do it daily, obviously, sometimes it's impossible, but I do try. 

How many different blogs do you read on a regular basis?All the time, I read StyleMinions, Strawberry's, I read the ones that come up on Plurk, I ready the syndicates.. yeah.. I'm a dork. 

Do you comment on other people’s blogs?I'm so shy about that! Only when I have something serious to say! I'm honestly like.. uber shy, so it's hard for me to break out of my shell at times. Heck, I just managed to do so in Plurk, to be able to be a confident blogger.. that's going to take a while guys! 

Do you keep track of how many visitors you have?
I do, it gives me a giddy feeling that what I do seriously matters and others appreciate it. 

Did you ever regret a post that you wrote?
No. I regret the pictures though! Like.. looking back at my progress, I just want to be like.. God.. did I seriously think that looked good?

Do you think your readers have a true sense of who you are based on your blog?
I think so. I try to be myself at all times, I mean.. no use on hiding that, right? But it's weird because written words don't always come out how you mean them. 

Do you blog under your real name?
I only blog under my SL name, which is close to my rl one.. First name only, but still. 

Are there topics that you would never blog about?
If I don't like it, I don't blog it. Sorry guys! I know you all worked hard on it, but.. this is a reflection of my personal style and my taste, not only an advertising machine. 

What is the theme/topic of your blog?
Fashion! 

Do you have more than one blog? If so, why?
Nope, just this one! But I also write for the metaverse tribune! 

What have you found to be the benefits of blogging?

There's the obvious ones, of course.. Like you do get some nice stuff sometimes from kind designers, but I think the biggest perk for me has been to force myself out of my shy exterior and open myself more to the world of SL, meet new people that I would never have had the courage to speak with, and there's also the fact that every day I'm growing and learning as style is concerned, as well as my photography skills. 

So, why do you continue to blog?
Because I love it, and I wouldn't change it for the world.

At the End of the Day

At the end of the day, you're another day older. That's all you can say for the life of the poor. It's a struggle, it's a war, and there's nothing that anyone's give. One more day standing about, what's it for? One day less to be living. Sometimes life feels like that. It's a struggle, it's a war.. and at the end of the day, what is it for?

Well, in the plus side Emery does have a new release now, which I love. Maxi dress, which.. I do keep on the low numbers in my inventory, mainly due to the fact that I find most to be shapeless gloves around your avatar that end up making you look bad, instead of good. However, this one does give a good silhouette and it has a cool retro design to it that makes it unique, and not a blob around your avatar. I paired it off with another jacket from Emery to give it a better put together and elegant feel to the whole outfit.

Elikatira is going to close her doors again, for a while, to concentrate on the creation of mesh hair. For this reason, she's having a retirement sale, all the hair styles are at a huge discount, and won't be back for sale, so make sure to go get your hair on there.
