Two major events are going on right now. Flux, and Fameshed, and though there were a lot of things that didn't fit my style in Flux.. I have to admit, Lark did totally amazing with this floating Tiki. It comes with all the poses in in (Including the one I used in the picture) and, you don't have to accept an attachment, go into your inventory, wear it, and then remember to take it off.. no.. the sit just asks you if it's okay to attach the item to you! I thought that was a pretty cool feature, but I'm a dork, so.. sue me. So.. yeah, I had to use my pool just for this item, because.. amazing, and the lights also come on their own if you just want the flamigo lights, so.. pretty cool stuff! The pool is old, well.. relatively speaking, it's been collecting dust in my Narnia for about a month or two, so I thought it was time to finally show it off. And then the yard flamingo was.. totally worth it, amazing add for your garden if you want some giggles. 

Then we have Fameshed. Now, it's not a secret that I totally love Fameshed, and Trompe's release ofr it was amazing to go with this pool set. Classy, sophisticated, and colorful, fits great indoors for a more relaxed feel at home, but.. personally, I like it outside with all my cool awesome stuff because.. well.. it fits. Don't forget to visit these two events going on NOW to get some of these goodies, along with a lot of other goodies.

King of the World

Fameshed is one year old guys! Doesn't that make you feel old? I know it does for me... Oh, well! Cute stuff be around every corner, and I'll be blogging more about it as time goes by, I'm sure, but I wanted to start with this little dress from Lenox. It feels like it has been forever since they came up with something! The 1991 Dress for Fameshed is completely adorable, and it comes in red, pink, blue, purple and cream. I feel like I don't  wear enough red in my life, and I do love me some red.. so, I put it on, pumped it up with some pumps.. and.. omg.. look at the draping of the skirt part, I'm so swoon with this dress, complete love! Makes me feel like a little queen, or.. like the song says.. I'm the ****** king of the world!

I did say that I was totally in love with the Collabor88 round, right? And I did say there was more to come, right? Well, everything worn here is actually from Collabor88, except for the bracelet, the ring, and the skin. The amount of looks you can make this round is endless, and this dress by The Sea Hole, Love, so whimsical and cute, and the leggings by tee*fy, and Oh, God, that new hair. So in love. Welcome to the New Age

The new year, and the new skins. Every year in Second Life I come to find more talented skin makers, the tastes of the people in skin evolves, and the quality each year surpasses the last. No joke, I really do believe that skin making takes a lot of skill and talent. Then again, I'm not a builder whatsoever, nor anything of the sort, but with how picky SL residents are, and the fact that you skin makers are able to meet our demands.. Props to you, guys. So, that brings me to a little store that you might have heard of, The Body Co.

The Body Co for the last year has gained a lot of popularity for the realism of their skins. I do have to admit that their highlighting and shadows on the skin is superb, they even give a slight shadow to your armpits so it creates an illusion of dimension. My one and only complain, apart from the price that has stopped me a couple of times from investing in more of their skins, is the fact that you have to actually use their make ups, and the make ups that are made for the body. They don't actually come with the skin, like they do in so many other stores, but you have to buy make up packs that are compatible with the skin, and that skin only. Now... On the plus side, you do have a lot of customizing options with their skins, and it blends flawlessly every single time. On the other hand.. it does also limit the way you can customize the avatar, and it can also get a little pricey by the end of the day.

Now, with that said, until Jan. 31, you are able to get most of The Body Co. Skins for only 500L. And their make up packs for 250L. By the end of the day you're saving a buttload! Now with the sale the prices are very reasonable, and you can get one of the best skins in the grid for almost nothing. The sale is located at theWarehouse, and in there, you can also find a lot of old favorites from big stores like Armidi, and Leverocci, and for only 100L. It's for sure worth a walk through after you get your skin.

Make sure to stop by the sale today and get your own skin today! And remember.. just because you are limited in your make up options, doesn't mean that you're not able to customize your skin in any way you like. I added freckles to my skin, and my own lipgloss from LAQ. If you're looking for individuality, you can very well still get it with these skins.

Angels

So first off, I have to make a small announcement. I have a grandma that is currently in the hospital, and I have to visit her, she's in a very bad shape, and I'm going over to Orlando for two weeks to spend some time with her. No, that doesn't mean it's the end of SLDailyWardrobe, it just means that for two weeks, there won't be anything. I know, I know, sadface and all, but.. sometimes sacrifices have to be made for the ones we love. I'll be back the 25th full gear with more blog awesomeness! Promise, promise!

So, with the serious subject out of the way, I guess it's time to jump right to it. If you haven't noticed.. I normally wear essences skins, I like the realism of them, and the nose. Now, I have found a new skin store that I'm going to share with you all, it's called WoW Skins, and their skins are awesome! I am totally in head over heels with how they paint the abs on the skin, the hip bones and that line around the you know what.. Yeah, it's to die for. So, I had to make a trip to Collabor88 and their new collection to come up with a look that highlighted the things I loved about this skin, which is a new release now available at the store!

Right! So! What did I decide on wearing to highlight this skin? No secret I'm a huge fan of Tres Blah, and their little tank tops that they have at Collabor88 are deffo worth going through the lag and fighting the belly talkers to get to! Also hair by LaViere, and jeans by Auxiliary, which I'm totally loving. All in all, not disappointed one bit by this trip.
