Okay, so.. Um, I really don't have much to say, it's more like I've been trying to clean up my inventory  open random boxes I had just gotten in my inventory, and then this sort of happened. I kinda loved it and I was like, hey! It's a great time to work waste time and practice my PS skills, so then this kinda happened, and because The Fantasy Collective is so awesome this round, and I seriously regret not being a part of the designers this round cus rl kicked my butt and made me sick, I decided I'd blog some of my favorite items from there. Also, I had to use some Mandala, because obviously I'm kind of addicted to them lately. Damn talented people. SHARE THE SKILLS, DANG IT.

Fix You

Recently I don't know why, but I've been feeling more down than usual. I guess it's just the date, and being afraid. God only knows. But as the fear comes, just you feel more isolated from people. Even if it's not true. Even if you're the person alienating yourself. It's an odd feeling to have, and I guess lately I've been longing to reach out to someone, bahhhh. Feelings suck. Fear sucks. Doctors suck. Yeah, I think that's the moral of the story. Everything just urgh. Then when I hear this song I want to cry, because it's like an anthem to myself kinda deal, just.. I don't know. My thoughts are very mumbled tonight. I am so sorry. But anywaysssss

Welcoming Fall- Preview of a Couple Season Story Things!

So I know a lot of people are getting a little event-ed out, meaning there are so many events in SL that it's almost like it's pointless to go to the main store, just because designers get into so many events that they forget to do releases for their store. I feel you, I feel like that a lot of the times, however, I do still love a good event because it lets me see the creativity of designers, along with discovering new places and stores that other wise I probably wouldn't have known about. So, that brings me to this new event named Seasons Story. It's amazing cute, and I just adore it, it's got a lot of the bigger Japanese/Asian brands, but still has some main stream stores like Floor Plan and Wasabi Pills in it! I just love everything about this, the set up, the idea, the items, the quality, and the feel to this event, so... well done, it's a home run in my opinion. 

I decided to do two different looks just because there's so much I want to show you guys, and I wanted to start today, I originally wanted to do more looks for this post, but I'm going to have to divide it, too many amazing things to go through. I have to say that also the pose makers did a fabulous job this event, it gave me so much inspiration for pictures, so.. to everyone in this event, thank you, you've given me so much to work with that I'm actually overwhelmed by inspiration! I Put a Spell on You

So.. I don't know what's going on with Disneybound, but.. like.. I know that this week is Rapunzel, Tangled. I'll be honest, I like the songs. I like the mom, I didn't care much for the actual movie. I'm going to be murdered again. But.. there was a little hidden gem in Fameshed this round.. a dress by Eclectic, and even though it's not Disneybound, and I thought about maybe saving this look for it.. I can't contain it. I adore Maleficent, and when it's time again to do her, if they add her to the list, well, I'm going to do her again. But.. I just adore her, okay? Don't judge me. This dress by Eclectic totally screamed out to me, I saw the staff, I saw the evil look in the eyes, and I was like.. if Maleficent was in modern day earth.. that's so what she would have worn. So... here it is.. I based a whole look around this outfit. I thought about doing it without a staff, but.. it just wasn't the same, so I was lucky enough to find an unscripted freebie at the market place, and the detail of it was just.. perfect. So.. I used ti to tie out the whole look together and bring the vision of Maleficent to SL, modern style, and with the class she deserves. Anyways, I hope you guys like it, I'm working on a couple big posts, and also been kind of feeling sick some, so I've been kind of slow with the posts, but I apologize, but I swear there are some biggies to come! We'll Be Alright

I know I already posted today but.. I couldn't help it. One of my favorite stores has a new release/VIP gift, and like.. it's so adorable I just had to rush and tell you all about it. So.. this Cross my heart shirt.. like.. totally free. If you're in the group. Now let me tell you a little about it. Auxiliary VIP groups  is one of the best VIP groups in the grid in my opinion. There's constantly free gifts, unlike Mon Tissu, which still highly disappoints me since the joining fee is like 1.2k, and it's insane expensive, and they haven't changed the gifts since I joined! It is 1k to join the group, however, it is totally worth it! There's new gifts every couple months, or every month... just often enough so that I feel I'm getting my worth from joining. And you earn 10% of your purchase towards store credit, so.. yeah. I'm so glad I joined it's not even funny. So.. if you want to pick up this cute little purple tee, along with some other amazing gifts, head over to Auxiliary, join, and get it, trust me, it's worth it. Just for the record, Daisy has got to be one of my least favorite Disney characters. She's so.... urgh, I don't even know how to describe it but like.. she's so naggy,I really really hate her. But.. Nat made the challenge, and I answered, okay?! Can't hate on me for doing it, it was hard, but.. well, there it is, Daisy and crap. I really hard a hard time finding something to go over the dress that was purlple and i liked it. Probably because I hate the color purple too. God, poor Daisy, I'm just bashing on her, and I'm probably getting a lot of Daisy lovers hating me right now but.. you have to admit, she's a biotch! What was Walt thinking!?

Anyways, I dug in the depths of my inventory, and had a back in time experience. I had a good friend in SL that left, and I got sad face. She owned Fishy Strawberry, and.. I miss her. We used to have so much fun together! Our children! Think of the children! But anyways, I'm still very happy thinking that she has moved on to better things in life, but.. I still think abut her every now and then, and well, with that.. I had to use this coat, I paired it off with pink and white shoes from a past Collabor88 season,and the mon tissu white dress, and.. of course, pearls. The skin is still from the same whisper pack.. this time in Anime color! I actually like it, it is pale, but it has a pink subtle tone that I love. So.. that's about it, Disneybound as Daisy. :/

Be Yourself

Today is Bandanna day, which means.. it's time to ditch our pretty little hair, and show our support for those kids that are losing their gorgeous lucks to this horrible disease. It's hard to see them suffering. I am speechless, I can't imagine a mother going through seeing their child suffering like this.. it's unfair. So today, in the last day of this wonderful event we know as Hair Fair, it's time to show the support. I thought long and hard about how I wanted to portray this.. and I thought.. the best way to do it, was to be yourself.

You might be losing your hair like those children, I know I am! It really doesn't matter, and I'm sorry I'm lacking the right words for this, but.. I'm actually in tears writing this. But I guess what I'm saying is.. it doesn't matter what you look like, you're always a queen or a king. Just have to learn to love yourself. What's outside..it doesn't matter, it will go away. All we need is what's inside, the small things that make us happy. So.. regardless what your position is today, or your health, or.. just whatever, just be yourself, and love yourself unconditionally for it. Like.. for myself, I'm a geek, I'm a dork, I like clothes, and half of the time in RL, I do look like this.. sue me, I'm a total geek, and you know what? I love that about me! It's what makes me unique and fun to be around. 

I want to thank all the sponsors for this wonderful event, every designer that was able to put all the petty differences, and all the bs aside for this event, and I want to thank every single shopper too that has made this event possible, because of you all, a kid will be able to smile when they get a new wig, a part of whom they were before this horrible disease hit them. It's beautiful, really, to see the community coming together for such a big and wonderful event, year after year, like Hair Fair. So thank you, here's to many more years of Hair Fair, and more years where SL residents can contribute to the smile of a child that really needs it. And just remember, despite everything, despite whatever you feel is wrong with you.. just know.. Love yourself, and be yourself. There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, it's what makes you beautiful.

Love Donna Flora

So, if you don't know who Donna Flora is.. you've practically been living under a rock. Okay, exaggerating, sorry! But.. Donna Flora is by far one of the biggest, and oldest names in jewelry. She got some devastating news as of recently, and Second Life has come together in order to help her out. She's battling cancer now, and we all wish her the best of luck in her battle. It's always really nice to see SL come together like this though, like.. instead of all the hate, and the annoying battles that happen in SL, it's really nice to see people come together and try to help each other out. To me, that's what SL and the experience of it all is about. Not trying to bring other people down, but trying to help each other up. Not tearing down, but building. There's been a lot more tearing down lately than usual, I mean, I've even felt it, so.. nice change! I guess. But.. I decided to compile a cute look with a couple of items for the Love Donna Flora event. 

Also, the Seraphim social is up and running, and one of my favorite items in this necklace from Lark. I just love it, and the symbolism of it. So.. let me tell you a little bit about it. The Seraphim Social is an event that it's all about reading a book, and then designers make an item based on the book. It's actually a pretty cool concept that Lashae has created, and I loved it, had to get on board any way that I could. Now if only I could stop playing SL long enough to actually read.. it would be better, right!? But this month, for the opening month, the book chosen was The Host. And even though I'm not a HUGE fan of Stphanie Meyer, well.. I have to admit.. the movie wasn't half bad. Wasn't Twilight, but then again, I might not have hated Twilight half as much without freaking Stewart kid.. at any rate, I think I might actually pick up this read! This necklace represents the two souls inside of the body, and like.. any ways, it's really cool, and I love it, and I'm a sucker for things with a lot of meaning behind it, so.. yeah, love, and worth a pick up! Not really what you were expecting, eh? It's okay, I wasn't expecting to go this direction either, but.. somehow it happened. I tried doing something cheeful and happy and very whimsical, and ended up being thrown away and replaced by this. I don't know but.. I just got the idea in my head of a little girl lost in an asylum, escaping to Wonderland. If you look at the floor you can find the Cheshire cat somewhere even. But.. yes.. this ended up being my interpretation of Alice, which is funny, really love the movie, guess sometimes the way we feel in our life manifests through here. A lost person escaping to wonderland. Sounds like me escaping to second life. Oh well.. I did come up with a cute little outfit for it that i hope you love! I don't think the necklace and bracelet are for sale anymore, they were for a limited event, but.. everything else is up for grabs. I just really couldn't help myself, I needed to have them on for this! The pose from Collab also helped give this picture the exact whimsical feel that it needed. I've Got This Friend

I've got this friend that every Monday morning makes memes! And I love doing it, mainly because my readers get a really good feel of who I am. This week it's all about questions, and well, I thought I'd try my best to answer them honestly, without offending anyone. There's so much drama around, sadly, and I suppose it's just a big part of SL, no matter where you go, but.. I want to have, no drama. I've got enough of that in RL. So.. on to it? I hope you guys actually enjoy reading these, I don't... know? But I think it's a good way for you to get to know the person the behind the pretty pictures.

How do you deal with criticism? In the past I wasn't the best with this, I'll admit. I got very easily offended, and got my feelings hurt. I mean, a big part of my change lately might be the medication I'm on that just makes me not give a crap, or maybe I've been through so much that I honestly don't care, but.. I handle it really well, I can separate it, and take it to fix and work on myself, if that makes sense? Like.. I don't take offense. And if you mean offense.. Honey, I don't care, but, I think this has actually helped me out a lot in my time in Second Life now, and allowed my blog and SL adventures to become more enjoyable. 

What’s the most infuriating thing other SL residents do? The constant attacking some people do. Specially on Plurk. Come on, it's getting old, really. I would understand if we were still in High School, but we're not. Most of you are actually in your thirties, I'm in my twenties, I mean.. come on. We should have moved past this years ago. 

Which SL resident would you most like to have lunch with and why? Easy, Strawberry Singh. I know, lame answer is lame! But she's a huuuuge part of why I became a blogger. For years I followed her blog and her growth, and I was too shy to do anything, but then I finally decided to start to learn photoshop, and follow her tutorials, and I started this, which has now overtaken my SL life and changed it. In a way, Berry made me guys. And she can destroy me. Kidding aside, she's been a huge inspiration to me, and I'd be honor to even spend a day around her. I'd probably start squealing if I did RL and my husband would look at me like I'm a loser. It's ok though, I am. 

Who would you say is your “anti” role model? Someone who serves as a warning rather than an inspiration? There's a few people. I'm not even going to say names, I don't want to get into it. But I've voiced myself against them, they know who they are. I don't backstab, I speak truthfully, I am not double faced, and I won't attack people for no reason. People that do that are my anti role models. 

What was something you used to enjoy, but was ruined for you? Hm, I guess Roleplay. I used to enjoy rp'ing a lot, but there is so much competition with slutty girls that just want sex, that it just became an annoyance more than anything. I don't need to compete and try to count down how many more "sexings" I've had than you. It's sad. Trying to get attention through sex speaks very low. I'm sorry. I'm not going to compete in things like that, before I do, I'll leave. 

What’s something you want to do that you’d be embarrassed to tell other people about? I.. honestly can't think of anything? I'd want to try being a kid av and getting adopted, but.. I see sometimes the secrets.. in the rare occassions that I do read them, and just.. I get heart broken that that's how some people treat their family. I believe in Ohana. Ohana means family, family means nobody gets left behind :D. 

What’s the oddest term of endearment you’ve ever used or that someone’s used for you? I call my RL husband Hunny Bunny! And I call my best friend in SL Cliopants. 

Have you ever fallen in love with another SL resident? Yes

Describe a time/event in your slife that you’re nostalgic for. Rp'ing in my first Harry Potter sim. It was sooooo much fun. 

What’s something sweet you’d like someone to do for you? Just a kind word will do. Stars in my flickr page also make me teary eye. Getting runner up on Hair Fair made me cry too. I don't know. I guess feeling like there's a sense of achievement does it for me.

And now he's making hair, so of course I squealed when i saw it, and I am wearing it forever. I also loved his little dress for Collab! So.. that's about it, I hope you guys like!

The Girl Who Lived

So... if you've been reading my blog for a while, can tell a couple things about me. One, I'm a total dork. Two, I'm a Potterhead, three, I love Disney. Umm... that sounds about right. So.. today my Potterness comes out yet again,  even though the Arcade is over and done, sadly, I still couldn't help but to dust out this pose by Hopscotch again to showcase one of Essences new skins, The Girl Who Lived. Ummm... YES PLEASE! Of course I had to blog this skin, I mean.. I'm one of the biggest Harry Potter fans ever, well.. Slytherin fan despite my fear of snakes, but.. CLOSE ENOUGH. The skin actually comes with this lightning scar, and it is the cutest face ever, the nose of this skin makes me want to wear this skin forever and ever, and ever. It's a little paler than what I go for normally, but it's still just.. the most adorable thing ever. Best yet! It's a gatcha for the Chapter 4 event! And it comes with glasses and all. There's a lot more in that gatcha, but.. by far this one caught my attention, I mean.. Potter, need I say more? I tried to come up with an outfit that would be.. female Potter, I guess.. but I ended up looking more like Hermione. Oh well. There's also new stuff by Truth, which is amazing! So... yeah, I think that's about it for me people, enjoy and happy shopping!

It's Time

It's time to begin blogging again! I know I had a bit of a break there, couldn't really help it, week long stay at the hospital will really limit how much you can post :s. But, I'm back, and finally finished the picture that I had in mind before I had to go into the ER. See, I had this vision with this sweat shirt, and yes, I know I'm late in the bandwagon, but I missed the memo that Mon Tissu came out with new stuff, and I kept seeing this sweater everwhere, and I wanted it! So.. I finally investigated. Aka, I typed "Oui, sweater, secondlife into google in hopes that a blogger would be as silly as me as to make that go into her post. Good news for me, I'm not the only dorky blogger out there I guess, and I found it. I haven't taken it off since I found it, from wearing it along with my underwear, to with jeans, to just random naked with a sweater, I've kept it on. Then my friend from Olive, Rose, made that lovely purse for her store, and I was like.. OMG YES! And I added it, and then I added a couple accessories from Lark.. Like the headband. Get used to it guys, I'm the Blair Waldorf of SL. Headbands are my thing. Then... socks, I needed socks, if you have socks, then you need boots and shorts. And end it with MishMish for the final touch of adorb, and you're ready to begin! Happy shopping guys!

So if you didn't know by now, I'm a die hard Harry Potter fan. So.. I did Breakfast at Tiffany's last post, and then Berry decided to put a challenge for a movie poster.. so I was like.. well. FINE! Sash Arabello 7 will be at a theater near you soon, it's an SL production, but since avatars are not 3d, you're kind of out of luck. No way to see it in 3d, okay? But yes! I couldn't help myself but to make a Hermione inspired picture. I really love that last year's teasers with the characters. I didn't have a Bellatrix hair. And I have a nose, so I couldn't be Voldemort. So I decided to go for the fierce good girl character, Hermione! I'm actually pretty happy with how it came out, and it was a fun challenge, trying to come up with all the things to add at the bottom, and all, so.. I hope you like my Hermione! Or.. well.. my.. movie! Yes, I'm starring in it. It's pretty underground and indie, only hipsters like me would know about it.

I feel like such a slacker, I haven't done this in forever it feels like.. two weeks, I might go back and redo them some time when I have time and I'm not feeling well, like I'll more than likely rework this picture because I'm not fully happy with it, but I'm sooooo dead right now all I want to do is lay down in my bed and pass out. However.. MUST WORK! I mean.. Smee, he's one of my favorite characters in Disney, basically because he's cute, and chubby, and a funny villain. He, in my opinion, is the reason why Peter Pan is so great! Him and the freaking crocodile, I loved Hook's reactions to hearing him. His style is very easy to translate into a wardrobe, luckily, all you need is blue stripes, comfortable shoes, and a red beanie! So I decided for this amazing dress from NYU, it has to be my favorite piece of this store by far, and it's saying a lot because they have so many great things. I also got the dorkiest glasses I could find because they're so adorable, and as far as the hair goes.. I know it's old and sculpted, but.. it has my RL and SL name on it, so I've never been able to rid it, and I'm so glad I didn't! Look at how amazing it is, and completes the outfit quite lovely. So.. on to the credits before I die!

Here I Dreamt I Was an Architect

So.. I'll admit, I've gone way overboard with the Arcade. Really, but.. this has got to be my favorite set of Arcade things ever, so much amazing things, so much talent, so much to play with! I decided to create a full bedroom using mostly Arcacde items, and using the amazing skybox from 22769 for the Challenge, available all this month. So.. I was lucky enough to finish the Tres Blah set. Yeah, I get to brag about that, I mean.. I worked hard for it! But.. It has got to be my favorite piece of furniture in SL thusfar, honestly, and I do adore the game sets from Second Spaces, and the piggies.. I had to make my piggies play them! Look! Devil piggy is about to get arrested too while he's playing with Cupid! 

I honestly wanted to do something that reverted somewhat to childhood, because to me, that's what the Arcade this round is all about, appealing to that inner kid inside all of us. I mean.. those Zigana robots.. how they talk even? I've never been this excited about anything ever! And the dolls from The Secret Store.. I mean.. even the packaging is adorable! I'm honestly thinking about redoing my room, even with the art dummy bed that.. well, is kinda bland, for a rare. But really, amazing, all of it is so amazing, I couldn't be happier with this round. I'm clean out of linden, and not even going to complain about it! Hopefully you guys make it in, because.. really, this round is extremely worth it, a round of applause to all the designers that went above and beyond our expectations. And while we sleep, our dreams will make the things around us have a life of their own, our dream run the world wild, and that's really what this picture is all about.

Mamma, I'm Coming Home

I've never done a backshot, so.. why the hell not? These leggings are so cute in the back that I just had to do them. Thanks for them, Jim, you did an amazing job at them! Totally love them! And in all honesty, I completely made the whole outfit around these leggings.

So.. today's mother's day, and even though out of personal reasons I don't celebrate it, I still decided to do something in mind with it.. and well, the only thing that came to mind was Ozzy's 'Mamma, I'm coming home'. Another week has gone by, and another Disneybound Challenge comes to us from styleminions! So.. If you know me at all, you know that I'm obsessed with cats. I had a white cat named Dutchess, and I'm currently on the lookout for a small female white kitten to name her Marie, because.. how frigging adorable! I always loved the Aristocats, and.. well, this week's challenge left me eeping, Marie! Little cute Marie! So.. I got right to it as fast as I could. Yeah.. yeah.. challenge was out Wednesday, I know, sue me! Whatever. So.. I put a cute look together reminiscent of Marie, I hope you guys like it!
